Reviews and Ratings
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms were nice and big with all facilities, but the bedding was dirty, and there were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay pleasant overall.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and big, and the staff was friendly, but the noise from the motorway made it hard to sleep. However, the location was convenient, and the service was friendly and helpful during our time there.
The hotel was a good choice for a weekend stay. The rooms were tidy and clean, albeit not spotless, and facing a busy road. The service was mostly excellent, although one staff member made unwarranted comments. The location was decent but a bit far from the market area. The dining options were good, but the health club location could be inconvenient. Overall, it was a valued stay.
The hotel is convenient for a short stay, with easy access to the entrance/exit, though noise from guests outside can be heard at night. The room was a bit stuffy without air conditioning and in need of serious maintenance, with dirty carpets, chipped walls and ceilings, torn furniture, and dirty cups. Despite these issues, the service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist, including helping with luggage, booking taxis, and providing extra teabags. The location was practical for access to main routes, but a bit far from the city, yet the front office staff was warm and friendly. Dining options were decent in the sports club outside, offering good value meals. The hotel had some positive aspects like free parking, friendly reception staff, spacious clean rooms, and a nearby leisure club, however, the experience was marred by limited dining choices and additional charges for average quality meals.
